Spanning 40sqm of bespoke chef’s kitchen and dining space, the Cookhouse is wrapped in glass on three sides, immersing guests in the vast ocean landscape beyond.
At its heart sits a monumental 12 to 18-seat recycled oak banquet table — dramatic yet intimate — built for long lunches, bold ideas, and milestone celebrations.
Outdoors, a wood-fired oven and gas BBQ extend the culinary experience even further, allowing gatherings to flow effortlessly between indoor and open-air cooking.
When not dining, guests are invited to enjoy the wider Farmhouse setting.
In spring and summer, the lower deck — with its sofas, beanbags, outdoor fire and sublime views — sets a relaxed, coastal rhythm, while lawn games and the pool add moments of play and connection.
Autumn and winter are equally compelling. The Cookhouse becomes a front-row seat to the changing landscape. After their meal, guests can settle into the Farmhouse’s cosy lounge, where a wood fire and farmhouse ‘blankies’ create warmth and ease. Two bedrooms enjoy private ensuites, thoughtfully finished with timeless farmhouse charm and modern comfort, while a large shared bathroom offers a deep, freestanding bathtub made for slow evenings and coastal calm. All bathrooms are warmed by under-floor heating, adding a spa-like softness during cooler months, and are stocked with plush towels,
The ground floor hosts the fourth bathroom, complete with shower, vanity and toilet, conveniently positioned for guests and gatherings. Soft lighting and generous quiet spaces make every moment feel intentional — whether it’s a lingering soak in the tub, a revitalising morning rinse.
